I encourage you to read this blog from a sports-journalism professor at Eastern Illinois University. He has some good interview tips here, but if you poke around, there is other valuable stuff, too.

Randy Moss' woes

You can read the Boston Globe's account of Randy Moss' current "situation" here, and the Herald's here.

As a Patriots fan, you have to wonder whether this will be a distraction (recent history would say controversy only galvanizes the local football team).

As a sports-journalism student, think about how the two "takes" on the situation differ. Does one make Moss sound more "culpable" than the other? Which do you think was the better approach?
